Harbour Side Views

The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the main centre of Dunedin, a nice view overlooking the harbour, the spare is nice and big. Bedrooms and beds were nice and tidy. nice and quiet area. there are a few issues but the property was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying there

only a few things - Needs to provide a couple of tablecloths and a cloth for wiping down the beachtops - Maybe a kiddy fence on the stairs heading down to the garage inside, it felt a bit nervous at night going to the bathroom - Needs to be given a decent clean before someone comes, there was dust on the TV stand and the outside table chairs need replacing and maybe a good clean before - maybe more chairs in the lounge to relax in, as we were a group of 4 and there wasnt enough for everyone.

Fantastic location with great views over Otago harbour. Fairly good space. Not too far out from Dunedin. Generally quiet with a bit of road traffic although it sits up a hill 50m from the road.

Tight access from road. Stairs and handrails to entrances did not reach all the way to ground level. A bit of a problem with mobility issues. The windows were very dirty, especially when sun hit them at certain angles, which detracted from views. Cleanliness needs just a bit more detailed attention but overall not to bad.

Fantastic view, comfortable beds, good parking.

Smelt fusty. No dining table, only 2 bar stools. Only table was outside and was incredibly dirty. Took 10 mins and 2 buckets of water to clean. View was incredible but difficult to see through filthy windows, gives impression that not properly cleaned. Toaster fused electrics!

Handy

Shower was faulty hot water not mixing with the cold water. We think the valve is not set up correctly. Four of us did not enjoy the water flow. Another stool in kitchen. A bigger street no easy to miss. Bottom outside step needs attention not safe carrying cases etc.
