Localização privilegiada, limpeza impecável do apartamento, conforto, proximidade de atrações, internet com boa velocidade e estável, vaga de estacionamento, recursos disponíveis, gentileza e atenção do sr. João.
Por tratar-se de um apartamento num prédio residencial, os moradores deveriam preocupar-se em manter uma limpeza mais decente das áreas comuns, especialmente da área de garagem, que estava bem suja.

The best thing about this place was location!
THE SMELL.. the building corridor, garage and apartment itself smell horrible.. also it was not very clean. One bedroom wall had a mold (I think that’s why it smelled so bad also). Beds were uncomfortable.
