Enjoy with your family this spacious Algarvian villa, located in Armação de Péra, 1.2 km from the beach on foot and close to shops, city center about 1 km.
The villa offers 1 bedroom en suite, 3 other bedrooms with 2 additional bathrooms., a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside you will find several areas around the pool (8X4) for conviviality and/or relaxation. The owners provide you with 6 sunbeds, 1 pool towel / person and per stay, Barbecue.
Parking 2 cars with a carport complete the comfort of this magnificent Algarvian villa.
Information: check-in from 8 pm to 10 pm: 25€, check-in from 10 pm to 00:00 am: 65€ to be paid on site in cash. No check-in after midnight.
Other important information:
-Linen is included (sheets), 1 medium towel; 1 large towel per person per stay
-All adult holidaymakers must be at least 28 years old, the person booking must have regular reviews and an identity verified by Airbnb. We do not accept groups of men, nor groups of women. Ideal house for families.
-A company comes several times a week to maintain the pool.
- In Portugal, people or companies who rent out vacation rentals are obliged to declare foreign holidaymakers to the Border Foreigners Service (SEF).
Holidaymakers are obliged to send by the secure messaging service Airbnb, ID and/or surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, passport number, place where the passport was made and for each person including children.
