The location was amazing, you can see the sea from the terrace. The beach is breathtaking, see it in the photos! Marios is super friendly and understanding for everything you need! We want to come back for sure! Thank you!
The furniture is not new, it could need an upgrade, but we came here for this amazing place and it met our expectations!

First of all, we were attracted by the location, near to the sea, with a small beach. And indeed the location is absolutely awesome, few people on the beach, the chaise-longues are free of charge (you can buy a coffee from the local beach bar in return). The beach is with sand, beautifully sided by the forest. The house is located in a small village, but you have 2 tavernas where to eat and shops about 1 hour away. For us, it was just perfect, we enjoyed every single moment spent here, Marios is a super host, always on your service, very friendly and helpfull and his house was provided everything we needed for.

+ Marios, the host is an incredibly kind and helpful person
+ The beach is less then a minute walk from the house
+ The beachbar is also very close to the house and they serve the best food in the village
+ Almost zero tourist (beginning of Septermber), no crowd
+ Quite remote, which was a plus for us, again, if you want to avoid crowd this is your place
+ Spacious, well equiped kitchen
+ Easy to park with car
+ Keramidi is within 10 minutes drive with shops and restaurants
+ Two bigger cities can be reach in 50-90 minutes (Volos, Larissa)
+ The house has another latrine outside which is a big plus, because the other WC is in the same room as the shower and with four people it would be a bit difficult in the morning otherwise
