A beautiful location, coupled with. a peaceful stay ,with the added bonus of a fully functioning kitchen.

Well equipped property , from kitchen to dining, cleaning products and even spare items such as batteries, leads and insect repellents. We came prepared, knowing it was a remote location . Helpful texts and info from Vasilis.

Exceptional

Kamari Guesthouse is a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it. You have everything you need in the house for a long stay. The view is stunning! The house is a little isolated from the other houses, but its location is perfect, because it is still in the "center" of everything. That's the reason you always have a peace. Beach is in front of the house. There is a big terrace, where we spent most of our time. Vasilis is a great host. He welcomed us, explained to us everything about the house and Kamari. He was always at our service. Kamari is a small place. It's ideal for vacation if you want peace, and quiet days and nights. You have a taverna and a cafe at the beach. You also can take a public parasol and sunbeds. The sea is clean, clear and warm. There are no shops in Kamari. However, every other day a van arrives with fruit, vegetables or fish. In Keramidi, which is four kilometers away, there is one grocery store, but there is a poor selection. Vaisilis warned us in time to buy everything we needed in a bigger place, so we had no problems with food and drinks. I must mention that the house has a toaster, a microwave and a coffee machine, which we happily used.

Exceptional

We had a nice holiday at Kamari Guesthouse. The location overseeing the sea was excellent, allowing us to see amazing sunrises on the spacious terrace. There is a good WIFI connection and even access to streaming programs such as Netflix. The house has a well equipped kitchen and there is someone coming to sell fruit and vegetables every 2-3 days out of his truck. We had greatly appreciated the warm hospitality of our host, Vasilis, that was easily reachable by Whatsapp and provided us a lot of information about the area.

Heaven on Earth

The house is amazing, you had everything you need for comfort staying. Vasilis is superhost, he meet us with a great smile and a bottle of vine. House is very clean, on perfect location, just a few meters from the beach. Balcony has spectacular view, and sea color is magnificant. It looks like a piece of heaven on earth. Vasilis thank you for this experience.

- large terrace facing the see - beautiful sunrises visible from terrace and also from room/bed - functional shading against the sun - outdoor shower on the terrace to rinse off the salt or just freshen up - possibility to hang a hammock on the terrace (left part near the shower) - aircondition fully working and quiet - stand ventilator for indoor or terrace usage - very well equipped kitchen (large refridgerator with freezer, espresso machine + free coffee, filtered coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plenty of pots and pans, enough plates, mugs and cups, cappuccino mixex, blender) - small grill + charcoal and solid lighter for usage on the terrace - microUSB charger - laundry basket - outdoor/indoor clothes dryer - detergent for dishes and kitchen towels, toilet paper and plenty of towels, liquid soap - option to buy fresh fruits and vegetables from a local merchant visiting the village at least 3 times a week in the morning (cca 9-11AM) and loudly announcing his presence - WiFi - perfect communication with owner via phone or Whatsapp - outdoor code lock box for keys (used daily to store keys + used when leaving property and not met the owner)

- too much stray cats in the village harassing the restaurants and neighborhood (most probably beyond the controll of the owner) - smelly bins, but at a sufficient distance from the house

Wonderful family holiday

Ideally located on the sea coast with idyllic panoramic sea views from a spacious and very well equipped terrace, just 100 m from the center of Kamari where you can find a tavern and a beach bar. A short concrete staircase is leading to the crystal clear waters of Kamari beach just opposite of the house. Very well equipped kitchen. Free public parking in front of the house. Vasilis is a great host who will make you feel at home.

A perfect place to be alone with the sea

It is a fully independent villa in front of the sea. You don't have neighbours around and the silence 24/7 is unbelievable. We spent here 2 weeks in the first half of July and absolutely fell in love with this place. Very spacious terrace with direct sunrise view, spacious open plan living place with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen with hot water, refrigerator, oven, etc. In the kitchen cabinets you have everything you need. There is a barbecue and you can buy fresh fish from the fisherman who come every other day. There is a man who sells vegetables and fruits, coming every other day too. At Kamari they have two restaurants and a beach bar. Keep in mind that you need a car to reach the village Keramidi (about 4 km, but the terrain is mountainous) and the shop there is very small and expensive, but you can find basic things there. We went shopping at Kanalia, about 25 km away. If you are looking for a really quiet place where you have the luxury of being alone with the sea next to you - this is your place. This is not a resort, but a piece of preserved wild nature with a beautiful bay and warm sea, which provides you with the most valuable things - silence and tranquillity. Last but not least, Greek hospitality is well known, but our host Vasilis surpassed all our expectations - very attentive, polite and helpful man willing to help with everything. We are extremely grateful to you, Vasilis, and we hope to come again next year. Ευχαριστούμε και θα ζαναδούμε!

Nice studio with great terrace on a remote location.

Host was at the location when we arrived. Explained the things that needed explanition (boiler warm water things like that) The studio had everything you needed including insectrepallents in different forms. Surroundings were very quiet, just what we wanted. Comfy beds en a good kitchen with different ways to make coffee. There was even coffee there, also some cold beers in the big fridge. The studio was in a small village with has a nice beach. Everything we needed. More than enough towels and bedlinnen for the duration of our stay.

Low waterpresure in the shower. Bad moldy smell in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen.

Fisherman's house near beautiful corner of nature

Comfortable beds, spacious balcony (terrace) on sunrise sea view, good strong refrigerator (our cold accumulators freezed to stones), wide kitchenware set, espresso coffee-maker and sort of coffee. Thank to the host for fresh cold water and cold watermelon. There are some wild sea species around rocks and sands: small fishes and octopuses. Urchins are NOT wide spread near the beach.

Absence of water pressure, absence of hot water in kitchen, electrical stove (knobs don't suits their places), textiles (puritanic) beach.
