One of the most beautiful places I stayed in Greece. The house is situated on the hill above the beach. The view is amazing and you can just sit there, grab a cup of coffee and just enjoy the view. The house is fully equipped, several places where can sit in the garden. And the garden was amazing, so many plants and herbs. We stayed for 6 nights and we didn’t want do leave. Eleni the host was so friendly and welcoming. We have everything we needed. Thank you!

The mosquitos but with the proper repellent they are gone

We stayed at the villa for over a week in the second half of August. Upon arrival, we first stopped for dinner in Zagora and met Niki, the house owner. She also owns the most popular tavern in Zagora, which bears her name. Niki turned out to be a hospitable hostess with beautiful and aristocratic facial features. During our stay, she helped us navigate the area several times and also arranged fresh fish and meat at good prices. This was very valuable, as there's always a great risk for foreigners to encounter dishonest merchants. The road from Zagora to the villa is mountainous, winding, and so narrow that two oncoming cars have to make several maneuvers to pass each other. The house itself is located in a small vacation settlement called Analipsi, on a fairly steep mountain slope facing the sea. The villa greeted us with a luxurious fragrant garden. They say a garden is the paradise that a person builds during their lifetime, and Niki has certainly achieved this. The house has two floors with separate entrances, each equipped with its own kitchen with refrigerator and bathroom. The first floor has one guest room integrated with the kitchen. The second floor has two rooms, one slightly larger, the other small. Air conditioning is only available on the second floor. In total, across both floors, there's one double bed and two sofas. The house is clean. Bed linens and towels are abundant. Kitchen equipment is also plentiful, except for a coffee machine. From the house and terrace, there's a beautiful view of the sea and beach. If you wake up around 6:00 AM, you can witness the magnificent sunrise over the sea horizon. On the terrace there are two tables, each for 6 people - one under a canopy with a sea view, another under the tree canopy in the garden. There's also an equipped barbecue area, which we used multiple times. Although the beach is right before your eyes, you can only reach it by car road. On foot, this journey takes about 15-20 minutes.

Negative aspects: 1) There's no internet in the house. Mobile internet works periodically and better on the second floor. 2) From morning until late evening, small mosquitoes attack. Door and window screens must be kept closed, and fumigators in the rooms must be turned on. 3) Since there were four of us, two had to sleep on sofas. For multi-day stays, a sofa is not the most comfortable option.
