兼六園、21世紀美術館など金沢を代表とする観光地から本当に近くてどこに行くにも立地最高でした。
駐車場もありずっと停めても置けるので助かりました。
施設内はリノベーションされており各階にトイレもあり
シーツ、タオルも真っ白で気持ち良かったです。
洗濯乾燥機もあるので好きなだけ洗濯もできて乾燥も出来て有難っかったです。
近くにコンビニドラッグストアもありました。
基本的には広くて清潔でキレイなんですが…
2階3階はカビの匂い全くしないのですが、 1階が日当たりが悪いのか、湿気多くてカビの匂いが気になってしまいました。
子どももいたので
階段も急なので気を付けないといけないポイントでした。
ハイハイしてる赤ちゃんもいて床の隅の埃は気になってしまいました。
後は調理器具にカビも発生してました。
