The location was very good, there were lots of lovely walks nearby once you got out of the caravan site. The caravan was clean inside and had what looked like new carpets. The furniture was good apart from one two seater wooden thing.
The caravan site was very run down with the slight exception of the first row of more modern caravans. There were caravans that were very old and delapetated, there was even one that was abandoned with smashed windows and rubbish all around it. There was the remains of a castle which did look lovely but this was spoild by all the over flowing bins at the back of it and a very shabby caravan. Our caravan, although very old was clean, however, there was a large stain on the lino in the kitchen and rust all over the front of the freezer. The double bed was very uncomfortable, with springs digging into you. There was only one couch and then there was a very uncomfortable wooden two seater thing with a thin cushion which was at floor height, so getting on and off was very difficult. The wallpaper in the caravan was poorly painted, it looked like it had been started then forgotten about. Several of plates were chipped, the cutlery was dirty on arrival, I had to wash it all before use and the 'sharp' knives were all blunt. Someone had switched the freezer off, so it was very smelly when I opened it with water in the trays all of which I had to clean. As the nearest shop is about 8 miles away, I imagine most people would bring frozen food, so getting it into the freezer after your jouney is a must.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay. It was very clean and we loved the fact that it had a full sized bath and free standing furniture in the lounge, plus a king sized bed with the added bonus of a small ensuite.
A little remote but didn't spoil our stay. Could probably do with a few more dishes in the kitchen, eg salad bowl, but that's being exceptionally critical. Lovely pub 5 mins away by car and a beautiful cafe/coffee shop about 15mins away in Blairmore.

The Caravan was clean. There are lovely walks just 5 minutes away from the site. Great for the dogs. There was not a lot on the site, but I was happy with that as it was a break to recharge batteries. WiFi comes and goes but happy with that as well as meant more family time.

Caravan was clean and big location was lovely, but one think went wrong my husbund was making bbq with our friend who rent another caravan when very angry lady was shouting on them to be quiet, we are from poland and she was seing rasist things to them. I know its a quied place but i come there to spend time outside not in the room and being rasist is not nice

Location was beautiful overlooking Loch long. 5 min walk to ardentinny beach. Stunning waterfall at top end of caravan park.
It would have been nice if there were a few more shops around. The caravan park is tiny and could have done with a shop in it.

Clean, warm and spacious everything we needed for what our trip was for (walking and sightseeing).

Everything you needed was there, very comfortable and warm with the central heating, it went cold at night.
Loved the extra large bed, and the surrounding decking area with a gate so my dog could sit out there without me having to worry about him. Lots of country walks and a path to the beach. Not for people who like seclusion.
Narrow road that leads up to site, but hardly any traffic on it

The caravan was well equipped and in a beautiful location.
A reminder to bring a towel would be helpful

The host I met was very friendly and made myself, my friend, and my dog feel extremely welcome. The bungalow where the keys were was easy to find and the park was small and yet had everything we needed, especially the view!
There were some repairs that need to be done to the accommodation such as the lock on the bathroom door and the master bedroom door which is unable to close. But when these were communicated, they were passed on.
