+ Lage: direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Direkt in Fussgänger-Zone mit vielen Restaurants und Shops. Gute ca. 100 Meter zur See-Promenade. + Ausstattung: genau wie die Fotos > liebevoll eingerichtet, alles qualitativ gut & vielseitig (Betten, ganzes Bad, ganze Küche) + Eigentümer: Luca ist sehr gastfreundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, flexibel, zuverlässig = TOP
- Parkplatz Outdoor gute ca. 100 Meter von Wohnung entfernt, mit jedoch persönlichem, sicheren und gut zugänglichen Parkfeld. Super Gepäck-Transport-Service dank Eigentümer. - Stockwerk-Aufzug nicht vorhanden, entsprechend hilfreich ist auch hier der Eigentümer. - Outdoor-Lärm-Pegel nachts aufgrund Wohnungsstandort (Fussgänger, Restaurant, Müllabfuhr, etc.)
