Excellent Location. Stone's throw away from the lake. Mr. Luca is a wonderful host. very helpful and reachable at any time. the property was very clean and everything was neatly placed. Would love to stay there again during my next visit to Lake Garda.

one suggestion - it would be nice to have charging ports next to the bed in the second bedroom :-)

Highly recommended!

The host Luca was great, helpful and willing to guide with local knowledge. The apartment is really lovely, very well-equipped and complete. It smells fresh, is cleaned well and accommodates a family of 4 well. The street is quaint and the locals are friendly.

The parking space is a bit further away. It didn't bother us really and on arrival Luca helped getting our stuff sorted.

A perfect apartment in the best location.

A great apartment in a fantastic central location, where everything was walkable and super easy to get to.. The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed as a family. A great base to explore Bardolino on foot. The host was fantastic, meeting us at the free parking spot then helping us to the apartment with our luggage and showing us around the apartment. 100% we will be using that apartment to our next visit to beautiful bardolino. It was definitely the best place we have stayed in there.

very nice and modern appartment in the middle of Bardolino

Luca is a very nice host who did everything possible to make our stay comfortabel. Picking the key and finding the parking space was easy due to prompt communication. The appartment is modern, very clean, well equipped and right in the center of Bardolino. Definitly I can recommend this appartment and also the Ruzzenenti family as host.

We enjoyed out little home from home in Lake Garda. Most people would.

Casa Pina is centrally located in a narrow street, approx 5 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal. Its position makes it easy to move around and try different restaurants/bars in the area. Although the living area and kitchen is small (and would definitely be for 4 people if you spent a lot of time there), the bedrooms were a good size, each with their own small balcony over the busy street below. Kitchen facilities were complete, tidy and had plentiful supplies of consumables. Luca was very friendly and happy to assist both in and out of the property.

Not much to say here. Perhaps a toaster for the kitchen? We could hear the people above and during school time, you will be aware of the children as the school is practically next door, especially as school commences at 8am. It didn't bother us unduly but worth mentioning.

The apartment is modern, colourful and spotless. Very comfortable beds. It had everything we needed in a perfect location. Luca was very welcoming and helpful.

Es war sensationell

Eine aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone von Bardolino. Von den beiden Balkonen kann man wunderbar das Treiben in der Fußgängerzone beobachten. Um die Wohnung herum finden sich für jeden Geschmack Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Selbst Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter Luca ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und die ganze Abwicklung war total unkompliziert. Selbst Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp in Bardolino. Wir kommen wieder :-).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Luca, unser Gastgeber, war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Der Parkplatz ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, allerdings kann man zum Aus- und Einladen an der Unterkunft parken. Bardolino ist ein schönes Städtchen.

Sehr schön! Würden wiederkommen!!

Luca ,der Vermieter ,war sehr aufmerksam, hat sich immer wieder nach uns erkundigt, uns zu uns passende Ausflugtipps gegeben und war zur Stelle,wenn wir Hilfe brauchten!! Er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, sprachlich ging alles sehr gut auf Englisch. Die Unterkunft liegt super, wenn man z.B.abends nicht mehr Autofahren möchte,zum Essen gehen möchte etc. Die wohnung ist großzügig und auch durch die 2Schlafzimmer für Freundinnen-Urlaub geeignet.
