Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Yes but they do need a new sofa. It is so uncomfortable. We decided to watch the football and it was terribly uncomfortable. The curtain in the Master looked a bit shaky so we never closed it thinking it might come off the wall. Everything else was decent, and clean.

The place was spotless, the views were amazing, even in the poor weather we had. It has plenty of space for more people. I will definitely be booking again!

We loved the property. The views of the ocean were great, and the neighbors we met in the building were very friendly.
Vacasa the management company may have no real employees. It took multiple text and calls for me to ask for a late check out….finally I had to press 1 for safety issues before I could speak to a real person. And he didn’t know the late check out policy.
Before using that “press 1 for safety issues” trick, I just received random responses from the AI bot….referring to check in for example….when I was asking about check OUT.
Only stay with Vacasa if you are confident you will never need to speak to a real person to assist with your booking!!
