Clean walking distance to beach

I’m disabled I should have said something before hand it was on 2nd floor

I enjoyed the distance to attractions such as Seacrets, Bad Monkey, Fagers, and Macky's. As well as the beach walking distance, as the property is right next to it.

The condo was not clean prior to our arrival. There was piles of sand I swept up in each bedroom. The beds had sand and dirt on them, luckily we were provided bed sheets that were clean, but that was about it. Hair on the bathroom floor and toilet, so that was disgusting. There was a random pest control guy that showed up unannounced asking to enter during our stay as well since the property management team did not inform us of this and scheduled it during our stay. To top it all off, the company told us we did not contact them in time, so there was nothing they could do. Mind you, this was only our second night there, but according to them it's all out of their control. Refused refund of any charges and never provided cleaning.
