About this apartment rental
Bright and airy three bedroom, three bath oceanfront condo located on the 10th floor of The Gateway Grand on 48th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. This delightful condo is the ideal home away from home with an oceanfront living room, separate dining area, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and wine fridge, and a balcony availing you of a wonderful view of the beach, waves and horizon. This premier building has a number of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, kid's play room, multiple elevators and 2 garage parking spots. Situated on 48th street, it's right on the beach, walking distance to the Convention Center, Seacret's, Dry 85, and more, and a quick drive to the famous OC Boardwalk and Inlet.
Comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests, the bed sizes include a king (Serta iSeries Hybrid 3000 mattress) in the primary bedroom, a queen Tempurpedic bed in bedroom 2, a pyramid bunk (single over full) in bedroom 3 and a queen sleep sofa in the living area.
Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; units rent Saturday to Saturday. Garage clearance is 7 feet. $151 registration fee due with with reservation. Must supply tag number for each vehicle.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Our family had a beautiful time at the condo. The ocean view was spectacular. We all enjoyed the condo and felt it was a very nice place to stay at.

5 stars all the way! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth! This was a beautiful property . It was spotless, quiet and had all the essentials for a week of cooking in or eating out! The entire property was so well cared for we couldnt believe it! Someone was constantly sweeping, cleaning or keeping an eye on security. Three bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect to give everyone their space and the kitchen was well equipped with just enough pots/skillets, dishes, wineopener, knives, silverware etc that you could want. I brought paper products not knowing if i would need them and never used them. The 2 pools and kids playroom were an added bonus and equally as clean. Being rented by a third party i wasnt sure what kind of coffee /filters would be needed, but any messages to the owner resulted in a fast reply everytime i needed it. I would definitely stay here again! This is definitely out favorite place after going to OC for at least 9 years!

Love the property and location. It's in a mostly quiet spot on the beach and it's not too far from the sights, sounds and activities that OC has to offer. Perfect for a family with younger kids.Gateway Grand is perfect for what we're looking for as far as amenities, and this unit was perfect for us.10/10, would absolutely stay again.

Very nicely cecorated. Furniture in living space was worn. Deck furniture layout was uncomfortable. The bare necessities were provided.
