This condo is oceanfront with a lava rock wall out front and no beach. The view is gorgeous. The unit has been recently remodeled and is very nice. The carpet needs to be cleaned and the floors mopped by the cleaning crew. I would get out of the shower and walk barefoot around the condo and 10 minutes later my feet are filthy.
The air conditioner is to small, it’s 1 room A/C unit and does not cool down the place when the afternoon sun hits it. The unit needs a bigger A/C unit in this condo. So for the price you pay to stay there A/C should not be an issue.
The code for the condo front door and the Wi-Fi code are needed in advance of arrival. I had no Wi-Fi access when I arrived to get the condo code. Then I see it wasn’t ever send. I called Epic and got the code.
