Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We arrived last Saturday right before Labor Day. Everyone seemed to have left the beach right after the holiday so easy to shop and go out to dinner easily. This condo was great! Very clean and had most anything you needed. A few things we didn’t have were sheet pan, hot pads and salt and pepper but we made do. Great place and location. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in this property two years ago without issues. The property itself, and the surrounding area (Sunset Island and beyond) are perfect for our family (6 adults, 3 children now 7 and under), and thus we immediately rebooked it when we saw it was available the week we wanted to travel.
However, this stay immediately turned into a nightmare. Upon arrival, the a/c in the top two floor living area, where four bedrooms and all three full baths are located, was not working and the temperature on those floors was 86. It was so hot and humid the fire alarms were set off. The property management company was closed for the day, and we were unable to get someone to fix the problem, resulting in four of the adults and all three children sleeping on the floor and couches in the living room. Many screens are ripped and in need of replacement (which made opening the windows to attempt to cool the house down impossible when the a/c was out). The next morning someone came and “fixed” the a/c, but three days later it died again. There were water stains on the ceiling (and possibly mold) in the master suite, and the lock on the outside door in the master suite was unusable. With the exception of the first night, any other issue was mostly an inconvenience, as the home was still usable and enjoyable.
