Come and stay at this three-bedroom duplex townhouse located just a short walk from the beach and the North end of the Boardwalk! Previously featured on HGTV's 'Island Life, ' this newly-updated, two-story townhouse is comfortable and well-suited for the vacationing family. Upgrades include new furnishings, a 53' flatscreen TV, ceiling fans (in the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms), and a small fenced yard. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the back patio, then head out to experience the sights!
When it's chowtime, the well-equipped kitchen will have your back with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you could ever need to prepare everything that comes to mind. It doesn't matter if it's a full-course meal, a quick snack on the go, or a delicious breakfast, this kitchen will make cooking a breeze! Guests will also enjoy having a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning throughout the home.
There are tons of things to do right in this immediate area! Take the kids to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park for a day of thrills - it's just five blocks away. Or head down to the nearby beach and Boardwalk (about four blocks) for some fun on the ocean side of the island. Ocean City tram car stops at the North end of the Boardwalk and can whisk you down to the Inlet in a matter of minutes for a small fee. Hungry for some local cuisine? There are dozens of delectable restaurants within walking distance, as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

This was our second time renting this house. We love it here. Close enough to everything for convenience but far enough away to be quiet and not have to deal with nonsense. Plenty of room and a great layout. We will definitely be back again

Town home is well represented in listing pictures. Nice beachy vibe. Plenty of seating. Checking in was a breeze. Vacassa checked on us by text and was very prompt to respond to messages. Although I didn't really use the kitchen, it appeared to be well equipped. Lots of good shopping, eateries and amusements within walking distance.

The townhouse was a nice size and in good walking distance to many restaurants and activities. There were a few inconveniences that made our stay less than perfect though—there was pink mold on both shower curtains, there was only enough hand soap at one sink (the rest were empty), the backyard needed attention (weeds and overgrown plants) & for being a dog friendly home, there wasn’t a place for our dog to use the bathroom in the backyard. The “outside shower” was a shower handle connected to a hose outside, not exactly what I would consider a shower since there is zero privacy from neighbors. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and the “queen” bed certainly seemed more like a full size. Lastly, there were no replacement trash bags! After our first bag was used, we had to use plastic shopping bags for our trash. Even with a lot of the letdowns, we still managed to enjoy a lovely time at the beach and great restaurants OC has to offer.
