I cannot fault the hotel or its staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and with extremely comfortable beds, grounds are stunning with a Baleric feel to everything and very relaxed, with numerous pools and waterpark area. There are always free sunbeds everywhere, and numerous bars and places to eat every type of food you can think of. A particular mention to the Zoom Bar, a beautiful setting in a Mediterranean street, great drinks and a game of chess before a World Cup match on the screen, you cannot beat it. We stayed in a Lagoon Suites that I would highly recommend. You receive access to your own pool area, comfy mattress sunbeds and waiter service for your drinks and get fresh fruit handed out during the day. Definetly going back.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making the entire experience comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious with a variety of options prepared to a very high standard. We especially enjoyed the Turkish à la carte restaurant, which offered excellent dishes, great atmosphere, and attentive service. We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment program, which added a lively atmosphere to our stay each night.

The only small downside was that the room did not include a coffee maker, which would have made the stay even more convenient and comfortable.

The alcohol wasn’t the nicest. Food was good.
