The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and respectful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of The Land of Legends, making it unnecessary to use a taxi. It is also approximately a 7-minute walk from a large shopping mall. The quality of the food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available. We particularly appreciated the selection of healthy meals suitable for athletes. In addition, there was a dedicated food section designed specifically for children, which was a great feature.

The gym was relatively small and the equipment appeared outdated, with a limited selection of machines and free weights. For a hotel of this standard, a larger and more modern fitness facility with a wider range of equipment would be expected.

Location and plenty of sun lounge and table and chairs by the pool

No explanation of facilities given at check in so I was left to find things myself. No iron and ironing board in the room. Was kept waiting for laundry service for over 1hr and then to be told the laundry staff leave at 4pm so they couldn’t help me.
