Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek

Wir waren schon zweite mal in diese Hotel. Einmal noch ohne Kind, danach mit Kind zusammen. Diese Hotel für beides sehr zum empfehlen! Schöne Zimmer, viel Wasserrutsche, ganz grosse Kidsclub mit super motivierte Personal (24 Stunde offen😃) Mein Sohn hat so gerne dort gespielt. Essen war auch lecker, immer mit etwas Abwechslung. Mehmet leistet super Servicearbeit in Restaurant. Sehr Aufmerksam und immer freundlich.

Einzige negativ war, dass die Hotelgäste schon früh morgen reservieren alle liege vorne. Danach die kommen erst spät… Schade das es nicht geregelt ist

Our shower was broken when we checked in and manager was reluctant to change our room. Took him few hours which was very disappointing.

Concerts, activities and nice staffs

Repeat of foods and no vegeterian foods, cleaness of room and services

Food square was great 👍and pool activities, room sea view is super 😀 size of the room is big and suitable for families.

- Cleaning of rooms is very bad and I received the room not clean next day they didn't clean even in good wsy till i complain. - Food in the main restaurant is poor and there is no taste and some meals not cooked well. - They are not interested in hygiene. The same cups are used to serve drinks and juices, and this is unhealthy, as the five-star hotels use plastic cups for one time to keep guests safe, and I watched how the cups are washed by hand for reuse. - Every day during my stay for 6 days, there was a problem on the first and second day, the children's aquapark were stopped early because there was a problem on the third day, there was no water on the beach to clean for the whole day and the beach bathroom also On the fourth day, the aquapark elevator for adults broke down. On the fifth day, the aquapark for adults were disrupted for two hours, and elevator again broke down. Note that we noticed that the filter for children's aquapark and adult aquapark did not work. - staffs in general you feel they are not happy and not serving you in good way. - The pool chairs are old and mostly broken. - they are not cleaning beach chairs. - the is long distance between beach chairs and sea.
