Enjoy a dream vacation in this magnificent home located just 300 meters from the Obidos lagoon—ideal for water sports during peak season—and 2.5 kilometers from the beach. For golf enthusiasts, the best courses are also less than 2 kilometers away. Nestled in an idyllic setting, this charming house offers high-quality amenities, including 4 bedrooms (one of which is a master suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a lovely garden where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a peaceful vacation in a serene, lush setting.
Many activities are available on-site for an additional fee, such as: guided or self-guided tours, golf packages or lessons, mountain bike rentals, kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing packages or lessons, kayaking, and go-karting. Babysitting services and airport transfers from Lisbon Airport are also available. All prices will be provided on-site. A local tax of 1€ per person per night will be charged upon arrival, with a maximum of 5 nights. Beyond that, there is no charge. Children under 13 are exempt.

Everything was perfect just the construction Site nearby was a little bit noisy.

Overall the place is clean and had all amenities except for the hairdryer. However, we chose this place as a location to travel to and from other sights but found that it is really out of the way. If you are looking to spend all of your time at the lagoon, then it is perfect. But you have to drive atleast 20 off the main highway with no gas or groceries nearby.

The house is comfortable and we’ll maintained, not luxurious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the lagoon and the Atlantic. There are 3 restaurants within a mile with good basic food, excellent seafood. We found a beach nearby with steps down to it making access to the Atlantic a bit easier. People in neighborhood are very friendly. Wifi is not great and does not work upstairs. Some items listed as available in the house were not there. The property manager provided them. The manager and her son were very helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely time, so great to have a pool right outside your door.

We had a great stay at the villa and with it being 5 minutes from Royal Obidos and West Cliffs it was perfect for our golf weekend.
The villa is really well presented and clean with the bonus of a newly installed pool which we used as the weather was really hot.
Will definitely recommend.
