Everything was perfect just the construction Site nearby was a little bit noisy.

Overall the place is clean and had all amenities except for the hairdryer. However, we chose this place as a location to travel to and from other sights but found that it is really out of the way. If you are looking to spend all of your time at the lagoon, then it is perfect. But you have to drive atleast 20 off the main highway with no gas or groceries nearby.

The house is comfortable and we’ll maintained, not luxurious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the lagoon and the Atlantic. There are 3 restaurants within a mile with good basic food, excellent seafood. We found a beach nearby with steps down to it making access to the Atlantic a bit easier. People in neighborhood are very friendly. Wifi is not great and does not work upstairs. Some items listed as available in the house were not there. The property manager provided them. The manager and her son were very helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely time, so great to have a pool right outside your door.

We had a great stay at the villa and with it being 5 minutes from Royal Obidos and West Cliffs it was perfect for our golf weekend.
The villa is really well presented and clean with the bonus of a newly installed pool which we used as the weather was really hot.
Will definitely recommend.
