I liked that it was spacious, had everything you needed. Also the host came every day to clean the trash, change sheets/towels if they were dirty. I appreciated that they have a mini kitchen and iron for clothes. A mini balcony back (for wet laundry) and front (for a coffee/meal) with a view. Also, a very cute cat every afternoon when we returned, she was there. We had a market nearby with everything you needed, also warm food and a coffee shop, best we've tried in our holiday here.

The centre is very far away, even tho you do 15 minutes, feels like an eternity throught the sun and no sidewalks for pedestrians. Only after 6-8 minutes you get to have a sidewalk. Bus station 5 minutes away, but the buses come only from 20 to 20 minutes, so we never waited for them to go to centre. At night was the worst, especially after the bus station, is very dark. I don't recommend to single ladies. There was also an annoying sound coming from the back balcony, because there is a construction facility and it was a constant noise, especially at night. The windows closed were diminishing the noise but still. The bathroom could be a bit renovated or at least the shower tended, especially the shower courtain could be changed. It was a bit dirty.

Excellent stay thanks to Mirsini! Very nice host who can give you a lot of things to do in Skiathos. Very clean appartment, suitable for 4 adults. Cleaning & change of towels everyday or every 2 days. Air conditioning ++ 10min walking from the citycenter 2min walking from bus stop 1 Grocery store & bakery a few steps away

Absolutely the best place to stay in beautiful island Skiathos. Everything was just amazing. Room was clean every single day, the most comfortable bed, I lost words. Perfect location, Skiathos town centre is just 10 minutes by walk. And lastly Mirsini is the most kind person who helped us with everything, always making sure if we are happy in her place, told us about island, recommended everything here. So thankful for this experience and looking forward to come back again. If you want to spend the most beautiful stay in Skiathos just come here.🤩
