MR P. Boutique Residence

Great staff, great value, clean room

Lots of stairs fine for us do not use if you can’t manage stairs

Very convenient for being close to the port and for night outs in the town.

Shower is very small, we did know about this but it’s small for a man when showering. There was on random occasions a sewage smell in the foyer but not in the room. Doesn’t impact much of the stay just when leaving and arriving.

Excellent location close to the port and the airport. The room was tidy and clean, lovely fresh interiors. The host Sophia was super helpful and willing to assist.

The shower was a little small and difficult to use.

The location was good

The property was not good value for money. The main problems were related to cleanliness. Throughout our staying, we have encountered various problems with the room in terms of cleanliness, such as: dirty and rusted shower cabin - this was really bad, one of the towels was not cleaned properly, having yellow stains on it, yellow stains on one of the sheets as well, dirty window drapes, a lot of dust on the furniture. Also, the bathroom was really outdated (with yellow coloured door, beaten up bathroom furniture etc). I would definitely not recommend this accommodation, nor would I book it again when returning to Skiathos.
