Villa Chris Rea is a modern villa situated with private swimming pool in a peaceful location just five minutes on foot from the island's only settlement, Skiathos town, and the sandy beach of Megali Ammos, at the foot of a lush green slope

Chria Rea Villa, accommodates up to five people. It consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a single sofa-bed in the spacious living room, a dining room and a well organised kitchen equipped with all necessary electrical appliances.
At 600m from Villa are the best bars on the islands, restaurants boutiques and shops.Also the international airport is 1,5 km from Villa and 800m the port.At 200m is the bus stop and the ring road. Within 10 minutes (by feet) we find the nearest beach Megali Ammos and at 50m swimming pool.

Had a fabulous stay at Chris Rea Villa,host was unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and attended regularly to clean and improve the villa. 5 minute walk to the town and nearest bus stop, it had everything we needed and more.Many thanks for a wondeful stay

From the start, the property owner was very helpful and the communication was fantastic. The property is amazing; even better than the great photos! Location was great; a short walk to the Main Street. I would thoroughly recommend this property and definitely book again!

Chris and Rea our hosts were very welcoming and hospitable the house was as described comfortable cozy and centrally located I would recommend this place to anyone.

It is a lovely place to stay. Chris and Ria were great hosts and looked after us if we needed anything - only a phone call away! The outside area to sit and soak up the sun was ideal - loved the hammock! Shops were only a short stroll away and a fishmonger too. Will definitely return very soon. Would highly recommend it - there is everything you need to have a enjoyable time. A gem!
