On the Dijon-Nancy axis, 15 minutes from the A31 motorway (exit 8), come and recharge your batteries in the fresh air in a calm and relaxing environment. You will appreciate the varied landscapes (hills, valleys, meadows, forests, springs) and its natural curiosities (Chézeaux marshes), historical sites (Presles chapel - Gallo-Roman excavations of Andilly), and local products (wine, cheese).
A region rich in discoveries with Fayl-Billot (basket-making capital), Bourbonne-les-Bains (spa town with fitness program, casino, mini golf, animal park), and Langres (city of art and history with its ramparts) and 4 lakes.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room/lounge (TV), WC, and laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed, and 1 baby bed), lounge/relaxation area, bathroom, and toilet. Electric heating/pellet stove. Grounds. Terrace (40 m²). Parking. Linens provided (beds made upon arrival).
Utilities: 8 kWh/day of electricity provided, the surplus payable to the owner at the end of the stay.
Tourist tax extra.
Bathroom linen rental: €6/person.
Private cleaning fee: €50.
Mandatory cleaning fee for businesses and individuals with pets: €70.
