About this house rental
Completely renovated, Le Lavoir Fleuri can accommodate 10 people in a tastefully decorated setting that harmoniously blends modern comfort with old-world charm.
A single-story, self-contained cottage located in a quiet setting in the heart of a village in the Franche-Comté region, between the Saône River and the forests.
The cottage includes:
- spacious, bright living room
* large, fully equipped kitchen

coffee maker (coffee pot + pods)

* wood-burning stove in the center of the room.
- Ginko bedroom: one queen-size bed (160)
- Cerf bedroom: one queen-size bed (160) and a sofa bed that can be configured as an 80 or a 160.
All bedding is new and high-quality.
- Separate bathroom (shower, double sinks) and separate toilet.
- Large backyard and spacious terrace with no neighbors across the way

On foot or by bike, you’ll discover our paths lined with meadows where majestic Montbéliarde cows and Comtois horses graze, and fields of wheat interspersed with orchards and groves, forest trails equipped with picnic tables, as well as the towpaths that run along the Saône.
Our small village takes pride in its church with its Comtois-style bell tower, its four wash houses, and its history, including the presence of a Russian resistance group during World War II.
A paved pétanque court located 100 meters from the cottage is open to the public.
Close to the Champagne and Vosges regions, our vacation rental is ideally situated in an authentic setting perfect for relaxation, between Vesoul and Vittel, Bourbonne-les-Bains and Luxeuil-les-Bains, Épinal and Dijon, Langres and Belfort, Besançon and Nancy, Troyes and Mulhouse.

Que ce soit avant ou pendant notre séjour Aurore est une parfaite hôtesse aux petits soins, nous avons été accueilli avec un gâteau préparé par ses soins, de la confiture, des spécialités de la région, toujours disponible si besoin, gentillesse et professionnalisme la représente sans aucune hésitation!!!
La maison est conforme à la description, décorée avec goût, des prestations idéales avec en prime un très beau terrain.
Je vous conseille vivement si vous êtes dans la région de séjourner ici.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez vous.

Wir hatten 10 wunderbare Tage in dem wirklich liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Da wir über die Weihnachtsfeiertage dort waren, fanden wir ein festlich geschmücktes Haus (zur großen Freude unseres 5jährigen Sohnes sogar mit Weihnachtsbaum) vor. Zur Begrüßung standen selbstgebackene Plätzchen und kleine Leckereien aus der Region bereit und der Kaminofen war schon angefeuert. Wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles Nötige vorhanden ( sogar ein Raclettegerät, ein Pürierstab und ein Standmixer).
Nicht weit vom Haus entfernt beginnt ein Feldweg, der auch in Richtung Wald führt und zu Spaziergängen einlädt.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine großen Auswahl an Spielen für unterschiedliche Altersstufen. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht!
Wir haben die Auszeit sehr genossen und können die Gastgeber und das Haus nur empfehlen.
