Excellent property.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of the marina nightlife. 2 double bedrooms and a pull-out bed/settee made for a very comfortable couple of nights.

Was a good house for a weekend in Hull.

Was modern and in a good location. Parking was good too.

There was a very strong fusty smell around the house, not sure if it was because of dogs or the water etc. The bedroom drawers had someone else’s chocolate wrappers in and the pans were dirty.

Light sleepers avoid!

Kitchen was nice, fresh and clean could do with some extra basics like tea towels and condiments, location is very good and was fairly quiet, what facilities the property had were very good The outdoor space was welcome and is great to have

Noisy house, pipe banging and floor creeking through out the night will prevent a good night's sleep, sadly, I'm a light sleeper so struggled here Maybe the owner's need to bleed the heating system from air locks The toilet and sink in the bathroom clash, they're too close to each other for it to be comfortable or maybe the sink is just too big for the bathroom, also toilet roll holder doesn't fit properly and prevents a comfy sit down Parking is not great, it's not awful but you may struggle to park close to the property as its a dog eat dog system of 1st come get the space

Great property, perfect for families.

Clean and tidy, right next to a shopping park and the city centre. Also within walking distance of the Marina. A home away from home. Great for our family group so we could all relax in our own space.

A lovely few days away

lots of space, outdoor area for eating, nice beds and bedding, near local shops, quiet area within walking distance to town centre and the Deep.

Lovely accommodation, everything you need here. Close to a shopping mall for any essentials you need. Would love to stay here again. Comfortable beds, and a cosy lounge to chill. Kitchen is lovely, dining table with a view to the back garden.
