Все понравилось. Когда приехала, оставила сумки и пошла по магазинам, пока убирали квартиру-студию. Отдыхала после экзамена с наслаждением. Спокойный район, тихие соседи.

Для меня было необычным- маленький размер ванной комнаты, но, к этому просто нужно быть готовым. Да, и я привыкла к большим габаритам.

Easy and comfortable, online help 24/7 as usual!

This apartment was not exactly the same as the previous one I had been at, unfortunately I could hear the next-door neighbors very loudly (however, customer service took care of it very nicely!) but it was a bit small and inconvenient placement for the bed sofa. Also, the washing machine made very loud noises which I didn’t really know how to operate or and quicker.

The whole apartment felt perfect for one person (female, student at school near-by). It felt very safe (double key-locks and codes!) and I never heard any neighbors making sounds or such! I also really appreciated the 24/7 chat options and customer service - they were very helpful and understanding of eg hidden disabilities (ADHD/autism/sensory issues), therefor I highly recommend this place also for people who might also struggle with anxiety or other issues- this place was extremely nice and helpful, even more so than another place down the same street that I payed more for but got no where near the same treatment and help as here!

I had some issues connecting to the WiFi/TV router. Although, I received instructions on how to resolved the issue! :)

Cool park nearby. Quite close to city centre.

Not suitable for a long stay, maximum 1-2 days. The area of the studio at Minska 22 is much smaller than stated. Of the disadvantages: a broken washing machine, a clogged drain in the bathroom, a filled bag of vacuum cleaner.
