Lokalizacja dla Nas była odpowiednia w związku z bliskością stadionu narodowego.
Pobieżnie ogarnięte, ale nie posprzątane mieszkanie; klejące podłogi, długie ciemne włosy na podłodze, prześcieradłe, wannie i na meblach, wszędobylskie pajęczyny, kepy kurzu pod łóżkiem, skarpety w szufladzie, brokat na hokerach i blacie kuchennym. Mieszkanie do zdecydowanego odświeżenia z powodu brudnych ścian, zniszczonych listew przypodłogowych itp. Materac w sypialni dramatyczny pod względem wygody, coś jakby łóżko wodne. BRAK bezpłatnego parkingu przed obiektem na ulicy. Obowiązuje tam strefa płatnego parkowania, nie byłoby problemu, gdyby operatorzy obiektu nie wprowadzali w błąd, że jest tam darmowy parking. Z plusów to spokojna okolica, blisko do sklepów i restauracji. Dwie noce za prawie 900 zł za taki standard to dużo nawet jak na Warszawę.
