Biorąc pod uwagę nasze plany, lokalizacja wyśmienita. Ogromy plus jeżeli chodzi o środki publicznego transportu. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie sklepy typu Lidl czy Żabka. "Rzut beretem" do kładki przez Wisłę (uroczy spacer na drugą stronę, blisko do Starego Miasta). Nowy budynek, czystko, monitoring, spokojnie. Kontakt z wynajmującymi na bieząco.
Trochę łazienka do większego zadbania, zwłaszcza sedes (wężyk doprowadzający wodę do wymiany, nie zachęca wyglądem).
