Beautiful ground floor Arabella apartment, 1 km from the Römerbad thermal baths and the Kaiserburg cable car. Warm and cozy thanks to the extensive use of natural wood. A double bedroom, one with 3 single beds, a bathroom with tub, a toilet with washing machine, bright and sunny living room and kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Outdoor area and small garden. Two parking spaces in the garage and secured storage space for sports equipment and bikes. Skibus stop 50 m from house door.
The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in ISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit ,payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation, and on how to return them. We remain available for any problem / need throughout your stay. On the day of departure we meet the guests in the accommodation and after a short inspection we return the deposit.
