Ideal for families and truly great value for money — highly recommended.

Everything was smooth from start to finish. The parking space was secured, the ski room was spacious and well heated, and the apartment itself was quiet, clean, warm, and very well equipped. The hospitality was excellent. Additional services available in the apartment are a nice touch — fresh bread, coffee, and drinks can be ordered. The location is perfect: the first ski lift is easily accessible on foot, and the spa is almost next door.

To be honest, have no complaints.

Kitchen was functioning well, but a bit outdated compared to the rest of the nicely renovated apartment (if I need to search for one thing)

splendidly located right by the ski lifts, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean and quite spacious. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, very kind and warm. We highly recommend it for stays in Bad Kleinkirchheim. We wouldn’t consider anything else for our next stay in the area.

Would definitely recommend and the apartment exceeded our expectations

The host was very kind and showed great flexibility. We got responses to our inquires promptly. The apartments were spacious, clean, kitchen was fully equipped, even with the dishwasher and microwave.

Everything was great. Not linked to the apartment but in general to BadkleinKircheim - not much to do after skiing, besides going to the spa. No cafes or shopping or nice walking area / city center.

Breakfast on our own preparation. We liked location, a short distance to Römerbad, to seilbahn, to pub or café.

Almost nothing, perhaps more spacious room or bathroom.

Perfekte Wohlfühl-Adresse!

Gemütliches kleines Appartment mit Nutzung eines traumhaften Balkons im ersten Stock. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Und sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
