Great view.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was a good size and a nice view of the lake.

Additional rubbish bags would have been handy instead of having to purchase them at the super market. Area was a bit out of the way nothing near by. Being Christmas time no restaurants were open near by.

A nice apartment with a spectacular view

The location and size of the property was perfect for our needs - the view of the mountains and lake from the balcony was prefect ! The facilities in the kitchen for cooking were sufficient for our needs , though it was disappointing not to have the ability to make ice cubes. The TV set up was good as we could Airplay Apple Tv and Amazon Prime series directly from my iPad without having to sign in via the apartment's set up. Access to restaurant in the town was good , though it needs to be noted that the See Restaurant Schwert , as recommended in the guide has shut down. We would certainly recommend the Restaurant 400 degrees steak at the See Hotel Riviera - the dry aged beef there is a must to try !!

Al in all a nicely appointed apartment and ideal for a short stay - however the pillows were too soft but thankfully we had decided to bring our own firm pillows. The lack of shutters on the window of the rear window meant that the bedroom gets very light in the morning so a thicker curtain or black out blind would have been appreciated !

Amazing , beautiful place in a stunning location

The location was stunning, with views over lake Lucerne from our balcony Everything was easily accessible - supermarket, lidos , restaurants

Everything in the apartment was immaculate and more than catered for our needs. We were unsure where to put the rubbish after our stay as there didn’t seem to be any wheely bins or any instructions on where to put general waste , plastics and bottles ( I separated each into bags ) but had to leave in the apartment as we had an early departure.

Very good accommodation, with a beautiful terrace, spacious and everything that one can need during a trip. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have seen so far, you have more than you would need in a trip with children.

Spacious and clean appartment with excellent lake view

The appartment is spacious with a terrace and an excellent view to the lake. It is very clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The agency called me before arrival asking if I had questions, which was very nice. The instructions in the pdf guide are helpful. We were able to arrive very late at night and retrieve the key. The parking spot was right next to the building. We also very much appreciated the adapter for the Swiss electric plug type.

Both doublebeds have each only one blanket which was a bit short for 2 people. Be prepared for moskitos, as if you keep the window open, they come to bite you in the evening. Also sometimes we couldn't be at the terrace and had to close windows as people below us were smoking. The sink at the bathroom was clogged, which apparently was known to the host but not fixed. Throughout the time I kept receiving information in French (which I don't understand). Later I received a pdf guide in English, but the information there was sometimes confusing. For example the first chapter speaks about a front door, but you find them only if you first follow the second chapter. Also in the guide we were asked to run the dishwasher, but there was no respective soap/powder. The instructions for dealing with the garbage in the guide was not understandable and there was no guidance on plastic/paper waste separation. I called the helpline, but there was a bot only in French so I didn't know what it was saying and then it hung up the call.

Superb

Location is excellent. The view of the lake from the apartment (balcony, living room and 1 of the bedrooms) is magnificent. The apartment is very recently renovated, everything is modern and it is very well equipped. Playground and village shops within walking distance (less than 500m)

Insgesamt zufriedener Aufenthalt.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den See war sehr schön. Dass das Haus direkt an der Straße etwas erhöht zum See liegt war kein Problem, da nachts sehr wenig Verkehr stattfand. Der überdachte Parkplatz beim Haus war sehr angenehm, da wir mehrere Tage bei Regen ankamen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist gut gewesen, da wir uns aufgrund des Wetters längere Zeit vor Ort befanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen TV-Bildschirm auch hilfreich bei Regenwetter. Der Besitzer im Erdgeschoss durften wir kennenlernen und er war sehr freundlich. Danke für die Hilfe (Heizung). Warmwasser hat glücklicherweise funktioniert. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Der Anmeldeprozess mit diversen Prozeßschritten hat zwar insgesamt gut geklappt. Jedoch wäre eine persönliche Einweisung vor Ort hilfreich. Die Bedienung des TV z.B. ist nicht ganz trivial, insbesondere wenn man nicht Forschergeist mitbringt. Leider hat die Heizung nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert, erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen und 2 Tagen Kaltraumgefühl gab es Hilfe vor Ort. Ging dann Grad so... Gerade um diese Jahreszeit wäre es sinnvoll den Betrieb der Heizung sicherzustellen (Entlüftung etc.), damit man nicht überrascht in einer kalten Wohnung sitzen muss. 2 Lampenfunk-Schalter waren nicht funktionsfähig. Es gab keine Schuko-Steckdosen. Aufgrund dieser Themen Abzüge beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

La localisation est exceptionnelle et la vue sublime.

Il n’y avait pas de système de circulation d’air. Il fallait ouvrir les portes et fenêtres qui ne sont pas munis de moustiquaires. Les moustiques et autres mouches sont venus troubler notre quiétude. De plus, il faisait particulièrement chaud dans l’appartement.
