Having found this property very last minute on Christmas eve due to another property cancelling we were extremely lucky to find it and it exceeded our expectations. Kim was very responsive to messages. Its beautifully thought out, decorated to a high standard and has a very cosy feel. Such a lovely view too. Was such a bonus to be able to put our presents under a real tree. The pub down the road is also lovely. We will definitely stay here again.
We were a little cold at night, the duvet was quite thin so we would have benefitted from having a blanket we could have put over us, but we are southern softies not used to the cold up north!!

It had everything we needed it was clean and seemed pretty new
We didn’t know how to open the door on the wood burner and had no light ,the price for dog to stay was a bit dear as she’s well trained and clean,

The property was modern, well thought out and very warm and cosy.
We will be rebooking it again in the summer.
Perfectly situated for exploring the area. Lovely views of the countryside and Pendle hill.
