Newer Home with over 2,700 Square Feet! My place is just south of Downtown Indy, including: Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Field House, the Convention Centre, Monument Circle, the Canal, Museums, Bars & Restaurants and much more! You’ll love my place because of its location and generous space to host a large group - including 2 large living rooms, Smart TVs in every room, large Kitchen and island and much more! The 3 Bedrooms upstairs each have their own en-suite, Full Bathroom. My place is great for groups, adventurers, business travelers, and tourists!

6 of us came into town for an industry event downtown. This space was great, everyone had a comfortable bed or daybed to sleep. The kitchen is equipped to allow for meals to be cooked. Parking is a bit tight, however, we had extra vehicles so I am not complaining. A great add would be a slab patio in the back yard with comfortable outdoor furniture for 8. We would have utilized a spot like that each evening there as the weather was pleasant.

The places was really nice, clean and exactly as the photos show. We weren't so sure driving to the house.
