You’ll love my place because of its location and generous space to host a large group - including 2 large living rooms, Smart TVs in every room, large Kitchen and island and much more! 6 of us came into town for an industry event downtown. This space was great, everyone had a comfortable bed or daybed to sleep. The kitchen is equipped to allow for meals to be cooked. Parking is a bit tight, however, we had extra vehicles so I am not complaining. A great add would be a slab patio in the back yard with comfortable outdoor furniture for 8. We would have utilized a spot like that each evening there as the weather was pleasant.

Was in Indy for Big 10 football championship. Wanted vrbo within walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, instead of multiple hotel rooms. Location was definitely close enough to walk to stadium and city events. House was in good shape, plenty of space, and clean. Beds in the room with 2 full beds seemed low quality, were not great. Other than that minor constructive feedback, all good inside. There is no off street parking, but on street parking was not an issue for us. The neighborhood was questionable. Some homes were run down, sidewalks were a mess, and I would not be comfortable letting kids or wives walk the neighborhood alone. Uber to the city was inexpensive. Overall summary, glad we chose this vrbo, much better than hotel rooms.

In town for a football game. Property is walking distance to stadium. about 15 min walk. Area is a little sketchy but we had zero issues with noise or anything at all. The houses around this home are a bit untidy, but other have been remodeled. We used the on street parking in front of home and had no problems. Just uncomfortable with unkept lawns and trash in front yards. Blankets used and window coverings.

Home is updated and very cute and clean. Three adults on a work trip stayed and it was nice for each of us to have our own room and bathroom! 4th bedroom is downstairs with no door…more of a second family room or hang out area, so just know that if you need a 4th bedroom. We would stay here again.

The house was clean and spacious. Communication and check in/check out was great. The ladies next door were very nice. The bedrooms need a secondary light source like a bedside lamp. The 4th bedroom isn't a bedroom which caused us some issues. We enjoyed our stay regardless.

This house was perfect for our group of 9 ladies in town for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was very much a bonus. We were all able to get ready without any issues. The main floor is very spacious and comfortable to relax and hang out together. The house had all the necessary amenities. It is also close enough to walk to and from the downtown and stadium area.

To address a few of the comments about location and parking. House is in an up and coming neighborhood. Nicer cars and working people on the block. Looks like quite a few homes are getting renovated around the property. Parking 2 vehicles for us was not an issue Wednesday-Sunday. Enjoyed outside time on the front porch. Only a bench to sit on, but we brought a few chairs out and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Inside is better than advertised. Clean and modern. A lot of time and thought was put into making this a comfortable rental home away from home for numerous guests. Bedrooms are spacious and plenty of closet space. Love that each bedroom has a bathroom. Kitchen, dining room and 2 living rooms downstairs were open concept and an enormous amount of room. Half bath downstairs conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again. Only a 5-7 minute drive to Lucas Oil stadium parking. The owner, Gasper, was great communicating about the rental.

The photos are not accurate of the current condition of the house. The furniture was not in good condition, the carpets had stains, and the 4th bedroom was actually a second living room. We ended up leaving and didn’t stay because it was just not what we signed up for. Also the neighborhood is pretty rough.

We stayed here from Thursday to Tuesday to visit family and watch the eclipse. Check in and out was super easy. House is very nice and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Great location. We were always able to find street parking very close by. Easy to get to all the places we needed to go. Spent time on Mass Ave and stopped by monument circle on our last day. We had an excellent trip. I would stay here again for a family visit.

Very nice recently remodeled property. Neighborhood appears to be in the process of turning over, but proximity to downtown is terrific. 4th bedroom is also a back living room - something to be aware of depending on the size of your group and how important privacy is to you. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We enjoyed staying at the house! Very spacious and loved having all the bathrooms and showers, especially with a group of people staying there. Only downside was that we would run out of hot water very quickly with the showers being used by multiple people at one time. Location was great to be able to get to Lucas Oil Stadium. Street parking was a little tricky, but definitely workable. Would stay here again.

Nice newer build, clean, modern, nicely decorated, & very spacious with great Air Conditioning! Very comfortable inside. Beds were very nice! It’s the nicest house in an older tightly packed neighborhood. We loved having 3 full baths upstairs, plus the powder room downstairs. But upstairs baths can only be accessed through the bedrooms, not by any hallway entrance. As other reviewers mention, parking is a challenge! There’s a nice 2 car garage on the property which was not made available to us. So it’s street parking only, but there’s no parking allowed on the east side of the street in front of the house! Given the sketchyness of the neighborhood, I didn’t feel great about parking on the street around the corner. Not much to do or see in the backyard. We found it a pretty useless space unfortunately. Laundry services were also behind locked doors, so we weren’t able to do any laundry over our 5 day stay. Although the house sleeps 14 in the listing, you’re gonna get charged extra for anything past 7 guests. I really didn’t notice extra bedding or towels for the extra guest we paid for, so… In all we are very happy with the stay given its close-ish proximity to downtown Indy which is what we needed. If the garage and laundry were made available along w some backyard improvements this house could be 10 stars! We paid a bit over $500 per night for 5 nights with all the taxes and fees included. And I think it’s worth every penny given the very goods with the slight bads.

Enjoyed our time in Indianapolis. The house is very conveniently located. It is close to the stadium, the convention center and all things downtown. It was very clean, and equipped with everything you need. Gasper, the owner, was very responsive. The neighborhood is not the best, but we had no problems. Parking is a challenge, especially if you have a large vehicle. Wi-Fi access was inconsistent.

Beautifully renovated house in a neighborhood that is currently in middle of being updated. Really close to the stadium and downtown. Loved the open floor plan. The teens had fun using the yard out back to do some sports. Overall everyone had great time. Much better than staying at a hotel.
