The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Downtown Indy home. The home is about1 mile east from the center of the city and Mass Ave. It's close to everything downtown INDY has to offer. It's in a cool neighborhood that features a good blend of new construction and historic homes. This home went through a complete renovation, and it is beautiful! Enter through the front door into the large, open living space that blends nicely into the dining area and an open concept kitchen space. The living space is accented with historic charm and modern amenities. The earth tones keep the space warm and inviting. This home is perfect for large or small groups with 3 very large bedrooms and plenty of beds and bed space. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom with full tile floors and shower and tub surrounds. We were visiting Indianapolis for a band competition and chose this home based on location. It was a short drive to Lucas Oil Stadium which was perfect! Sarah was so wonderful to work with, answered all of our questions and was very responsive. The home is lovely, freshly renovated and perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay!

This property was amazing and the owner, Sarah was very responsive with questions and incredibly nice. The property was clean and well appointed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location was great and the neighborhood is amazing and quiet.
