Sleep soundly in the primary suite, appointed with a queen bed, desk area for working remotely, and a smart TV. The guest bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bed (twin and full) with trundle while the shared guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The extra perk of staying at this home is a taking advantage of the screened porch area offering ample space for sitting and relaxing or reading your favorite book. Fire up the gas grill and cook up dinner on the back area. The backyard offers plenty of space for the kids to play. Just an easy drive to South Village Beach from this nice residential neighborhood or to visit local shops, restaurants, or attractions nearby.
Non-refundable $250 Administrative Fee, $289 Cleaning fee (Linens Included), plus applicable state and local taxes.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

We had a great stay at the Beach Bungalow and hope to stay there again next summer. House is very clean and looks exactly like shown in the pictures. Highly recommend it.

The best part of this property is that it’s less than a mile from South Village Beach. Very walkable. The house is tiny but all we needed. I did miss in the listing that there’s no washer and dryer so that’s worth noting. Not a big deal, just something I usually look for so worth calling out in case your search filters are off like mine must have been.
