The location was amazing as we booked a dam view. The infinity pool has a good vibe in the open. The dam in the front and the mountain in the back makes for an amazing location. The food was good throughout. There is a good spa facility within the premises, although its a bit pricey.

The staff didnt inform us about the high tea facilities even though we stayed for 2 nights, although they compensated by offering complimentary dinner.

Everything!! The location was dreamy. The rooms with that view and the whole campus had the view. The staff were very polite, considerate, and caring. They gave us a complimentary spa massage as they got our check in delayed by some 40 mins. So although this could’ve been a negative, they made sure to compensate and keep the joy for their guests. They also gave us complimentary desserts since they didn’t have the one we asked for, from their menu. Our driver was also provided a nice stay with food. So they do keep an eye for all details. The spa, cycling, the flora and fauna, the massage, the food, the hi-tea… everything was amazing! We had the best birthday stay here.

There is a scope of improvement in the food section. Although they had a good breakfast spread and a decently varied menu, some items can taste better (saying from my other 5 star stay experiences), and some more cuisine options can be included. I’ll not get into the specifics. It was overall good.

Great location if you want remoteness and nature. Stunning views from room, pool, restaurant. Spa treatment was excellent. Infinity poop one the the best. Guest relations manager Manu is very helpful. Excellent !

Food was sub standard. Poor quality. Chicken hamburger was mince chicken out a a frozen pack. It was inedible. Bread was poor quality. Lack of choices re fresh fruit. No bananas or mangoes though they did get them when we asked for them after two staff said they were out of season!!! Rooms are not 5 star , view is but the rooms are bare, spartan and basic. In our view about 3 to 4 star at best. They were clean but bland. Staff if the restaurant hovered and hounded us to eat more, order things we didnt want. We had to ask the Guest Relations manager to get them to stop. Food is a very long way from the standard and price we paid to stay. We would not stay again. Overall disappointed given what we paid. We have stayed at places at half the price and had 3 times the quality. Except for the view. I guess we paid for that. Warning the better the view , the worse the food and the lower the standard of the room !! If the food and room quality improved it would be superb
