From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like family. Muthu was always there with a smile, making sure everything was perfect. Dinesh quietly took care of every little thing we needed throughout our stay. Joseph’s food was the highlight- every meal was made with so much care and tasted amazing. We leave with beautiful memories and would happily come back again. The highlight of the property is also the beautiful scenic view of the entire valley.

The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, secluded, and the perfect retreat if you’re looking for a quiet escape in Ooty. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the Ketti Valley each day was something we never got tired of.
The Glasshouse is stunning and unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before.
What really made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality. Muttu and Dinesh took care of every detail seamlessly, making everything effortless from start to finish. Since we were celebrating my birthday during our stay, they surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake—a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the care and attention they put into making every guest feel special.
Vikas prepared some of the best meals we had during our trip, and instead of dining out, we chose to enjoy his home-cooked dinners both nights. Do yourself a favor and order the lemon chicken—it was delicious.
More than anything, this place felt like a home away from home. There’s a warmth and intimacy here that’s difficult to find and something you simply don’t experience at most hotels or stays. We left feeling genuinely cared for, and that’s what will bring us back.

The breakfast was good. The hosts, Dinesh and Muthu, were humble, kind, and easily approachable. The location and room size were also good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay away from the noise of the city.
There is scope for increasing the staff so that guests can be managed more efficiently during busy times.
