Good location for the Bath marathon, did what I needed it to. Very quiet inside and feels very secure. The young fellow on reception did a great job.
Road is quite noisy with the window open. A kettle would have been useful, I had to bring my own. Nobody answered my message requesting one.

The nearby sandwich shop was superb and the archway cafe was a good old fashion cafe .easy to get buses to bath
