Wouldn’t call it a property, more like a glorified shed!

When we arrived, there were dead flies and ladybirds scattered over the windowsill, in the shower and floating in the toilet bowl. For the duration of our stay, we were infested by flies and it made the stay very unpleasant. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart, very old and unstable and there was no pathway to the room, which given the amount of rain we have had, made the grass sodden and very muddy

Lovely stay

Small and perfect for two people. Cosy and in a good area. Very cold when we arrived but once we put the heating on it warmed up.

Walk on grass was fine now. If it was raining it would be different. Key box was a disaster. It needs a hook in it! Occasional county creepy. But all dealt with.

Lovely little studio. Ideal for us as we eat out at lunch then had our supper on the bench table outside the studio in the evening sunshine with a glass of wine.

Short break, nice comfortable accommodation.

Lovely studio, good size. Good kitchen/bathroom facilities. Comfortable bed. Lovely scenic views. Nice and quiet. The cockerel didn't crow early, which was a bonus! Didn't hear it until about 9am. Parking convenient outside. Only a few minutes drive from park and ride into Bath City, which was handy. Lovely thick bath towels, but we could have done with another hand towel as there was only one. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets and a few cooking bits provided (oil, salt).

There wasn't really a path from the parking area to the studio. Had to walk over grass and very uneven blocks with foliage. Probably okay when dry, but not ideal if it's wet and you've got posh wedding shoes on, which we had. Needs some lighting as it's very dark at night and you can't see what you're walking over. Some sensor lights would make it easier. Lamp shade was very wonky and dusty 🫣 Managed by a company (which isn't a problem!). There was no personal contact or reply to a message I sent. I received an automatic response which didn't really answer my question.

Clean, great location and a perfect stay!

Easy to locate, clean and great facilities. The bed was super comfortable and we had two nights of great sleep. Close enough to bath and in our case the university as that is where we were for our weekend trip. Ideal little studio for couples!

The studio was lovely and the surroundings.

The bed was very squeaky and chairs quite uncomfortable. Also the WiFi connection wasn't very good so watching the telly was a challenge.

Terrific spot to explore Bath

It is positioned well for the Park & Ride into Bath, it is fitted out with everything you need should you want to cater for yourselves, including a dishwasher. Overall I would recommend it for a lovely stay in Bath.

Being international travellers, we would have preferred a washing machine instead of a dishwasher and a clothes horse for drying.

A really nice short stay over the Easter bank holiday, only wish we had more time to explore!

Location is perfect stones throw away from Bath. It also had a good bus route allowing you to not need a car in Bath as parking can be expensive for a day ticket
