Location and the entire facility was very nice.

The beds. I had trouble sleeping because of how uncomfortable the matress was.

The studio is everything we needed. My partner and I had a long stay, therefore the kitchen facilities were great! Laundry services and other facilities were amazing too.

Disappointing customer service during our 18-night stay. We had an incident where the water in our studio stopped working entirely. I know the receptionist was dealing with a fire alarm at the time, but the way we were handled was incredibly blunt and unhelpful. Instead of offering a temporary solution, a contingency plan, or even just some basic reassurance, the staff member simply shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do until maintanence came in the next day. The water thankfully came back late in the evening, but the total lack of problem-solving or empathy from the front desk was a running theme throughout our stay. The accommodation is fine, but don't expect the staff to be helpful if something actually goes wrong. Complete lack of guest care in the moment was really poor. Not the standard of service you expect for a long stay.
