Gause Landing! Magnificent Home located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Ocean Isle Beach. (Mainland side). Bring your family and make memories at one of the most special places on the Carolina Coast. Spend the week or weekend being lazy among the massive oak trees, the changing tides and the beautiful sunsets. You have found it, a slice of heaven. The Mazelle Porch has been in our family for over 25 years and oh the memories we have made and now we want to share this awesome retreat with your family.

10 friends and family enjoyed fishing and corn hole. Jodi was great letting me come in ahead of the arrival to drop off gifts for the guys.

We all (adults and kids) had a great time at this property. Pier with gazebo was perfect for fishing. The house was clean and had lots of space for our group of 9. We loved our stay!

This place is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice. The open concept was very nice. The place is beautiful and has huge gardenias everywhere. My grandsons enjoyed fishing off the dock and we saw dolphins. We plan on returning.
