The owner is very helpful and responds promptly. Flexible check-out, which makes the stay very comfortable. The wellness is great, it costs money, you have to pay attention because there is no information about it in the apartment or at the reception! The apartment is new, clean and comfortable with nice view to the mountains. We've missed a few things (there are only two pots in the kitchen, no coffee maker and toaster, only one bathrobe for wellness), but overall the apartment well equipped and nice.
There are new buildings, apartment houses around, construction everywhere in the area, that takes away the beauty of the area around the apartment house. Which makes the experience worse, there are garbage everywhere, not nice feeling while walking around.
