Quiet, idyllic, green and super charming.

No breakfast included. The location is so charming, the place hardly needs anything else. We loved the room, and the little private garden area. Everything was exceptionally clean and the hosts were amazingly polite and lovely to chat to. Recommend Damme for all food lovers looking for an idyllic getaway.

Could have some space to hang up some clothes, otherwise perfect.

Very enjoyable- felt like home

Excellent location. You do, however, need a car to get to Brugge (we used the local boat, but had to walk very far) Comfortable stay.

A suggestion: Bed table or more space next to bed. A shelf in the shower to place toiletries

Lovely small apartment which is well equipped. The apartment is situated in the beautiful garden. The drive to Bruges is only 10 min. In sum, for a short visit we can highly recommend the apartment.

Relaxing stay, on Bruges' doorstep

We were greeted on arrival with generosity and friendliness. The room looks out on to open fields, and it is in a peaceful neighbourhood. The large bed was very comfy and there is a smart TV where you can connect to Disney, amazon prime and Netflix. The owners offered a continental breakfast, as there aren't many breakfast options in town. The location just outside Bruges was perfect, and with parking all day at about 13 euros in town, this is a great place if you want a quiet place out of town to stay, with off street parking. An electric car charging point is within walking distance, and we left the car overnight to charge. There is seating outside of the room.

We really enjoyed everything, but blackout blinds would have helped us to sleep in a little longer in the morning.

The room has a nice view on the big garden of the owners, where breakfast could also be token. The owners were very hospitable.

Goede locatie dichtbij centrum en ideaal voor wandelen en fietsen langs de Damse vaart en omgeving.

het is doorgaans niet de bedoeling dat je ontbijt neemt, daar de kamer klein is en met slechts een klein plooibaar tafeltje is het wat behelpen. In de zomer is het natuurlijk wel leuk dat je buiten kan ontbijten (hetzelfde tafeltje), maar met het prachtig uitzicht erbovenop! Wij vroegen wel ontbijt, werd op afgesproken uur naar de kamer gebracht en dat was lekker en zeker meer dan genoeg!

Wanneer je geen ontbijt neemt, zie je de host niet en dat is wel jammer, want zo is het heel onpersoonlijk.

Heerlijke plek voor weekendje Brugge!

Een heerlijk eigen plekje, prive gelegen aansluitend aan het mooie huis van de host. Sfeervol ingericht, alles wat nodig hebt is aanwezig. Rustige omgeving en op steenworp van Brugge. We konden de auto laden op het terrein, hadden gezellig contact met de host en mochten eerder inchecken. Echt aanrader!

Quiet stay

Het Damse paviljoentje is gelegen in een mooie en rustige omgeving in een gezellig dorp met restaurantjes en cafeetjes kortbij Brugge.De kamer is modern ingericht en heeft een hele mooie badkamer met douche en met gelegenheid om gebruik te maken van de tuin, waarvoor een tafeltje met stoelen is voorzien. Perfect for a one night stay. Voor een langere periode een beetje te klein, zekere als je veel bagage hebt, daar er geen echte opbergruimte of kast is voor kledij. Wij hebben alvast genoten

Ik ga nooit meer terug. Nog nooit iemand zo onbeschoft tegen mij gedaan.

De kamer was zeer netjes. De kamer lag gelijkvloers en buiten waren twee stoeltjes aanwezig

Ons verblijf was afgesloten door een houten hekje met de plek wat achteraf bleek de eigenaar zijn privé te zijn. Op die plaats waren ook ligzetels voorzien en meerdere zitplaatsen onder bomen. Wij dachten dat de gasten daar ook gebruik van konden maken. Het was ook niet duidelijk waar het ontbijt moest worden gebruikt. Toen ik dat aan de eigenaar ging vragen was ik door een schuifraam naar binnen gegaan om het te vragen en de eigenaar vroeg mij op een zeer onvriendelijke manier om zijne privé te verlaten. Hij duwde me letterlijk de deur uit. Mocht hij nu bij dat hekje een bord geplaatst hebben privé terrein dan was dit niet gebeurd. Het ontbijt moesten we gebruiken op onze kamer. De mail met de richtlijnen zat in de spam. Maar dan was het nog niet duidelijk geweest waar we mochten komen. Er liepen twee lieve honden buiten. Wij dachten dat dit hekje gezet was voor de honden.

Op een weekdag moet je rekening houden met het feit dat het spitsuur hoorbaar is. Het pand staat aan de straat.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om Brugge, Damme en omgeving te verkennen.

Het Damse Paveljoentje was voor ons het begin en de afsluiting van een supergeslaagde vakantie. Heel belangrijk, want dit bepaalt toch het algehele gevoel. Alles hebben Paola en Bjorn goed voor elkaar en er is overal over nagedacht. De badkamer is top en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Eigenlijk waren we een beetje laat met het doorgeven voor een ontbijt, maar dat was voor Paola geen enkel probleem. Trouwens, Damme is op loopafstand en daar bevinden zich leuke eetgelegenheden.

Sorry, ik kan niets bedenken.
