Apartamento Mar

The view is beautiful, the kitchen is modern. The double entry way made it feel safer and gave an area to dry swim suits without using the balcony. Rooms are a good size, plenty of storage, good size bathroom but mind the stiff door or you'll get locked in. The bones are there it just needs some basic upgrades and investment to be stunning.

Total lack of communication from Lanzarote Holiday Homes to the point we had no confirmation or communication from them 3 hrs before our flight. This left no way of getting into the apartment on arrival around 10pm. Chased multiple times over several weeks. Booking.com were absolutely useless. It ruined the night before and morning of leaving, was incredibly stressful and instead of enjoying a chilled morning with our children we were on constant calls with booking.com who said they would cancel it FOC if it wasn't confirmed by 3pm, we flew at 4pm. They then offered €60 relocation budget for 4 people on good Friday during the Easter hols. Absolute joke, we contemplated not going. All preventable by communication from the vendor which finally arrived by a simple text, no apology. We requested additional pillows for the beds and a blanket on our 1st day, they never arrived despite being promised. Pillows are rock solid and very un- comfortable. Kitchen kettle doesn't boil enough for 4, toaster doesn't work. Main light and fan in main bedroom faulty, floor fan provided instead but only had bed lamps for light. Lack of kitchen utensils, 1 toilet roll, no bin bags and a dirty washing up sponge left for us in the kitchen.. Towels were small and no spares or beach towels available. Chest of drawers in 2nd bedroom broken. Complete lack of plugs. No safe. Such easy fixes that would make such a difference. Balcony furniture is falling apart at the seams. we are surprised we didn't fall through it. No light to do the key entry safe or negotiate the steps to the apartment. Its quite dark inside because of the shutters which had to stay slanted as there's an apartment opposite that could look straight into both bedrooms and the bathroom. Its clearly run as a holiday home but on a shoe string budget. Having said all that the apartment is a lovely size, felt safe and has a stunning view.

Vista mare molto bella. Appartamento abbastanza ampio.

È stato molto complicato mettersi in contatto con l’agenzia. Fino all’ultimo non hanno risposto a telefonate, mail, messaggi, al punto che non sapevo nemmeno se la mia prenotazione fosse confermata o no. Ho chiesto una culla per il mio bimbo piccolo e non mi hanno risposto. NON CONSIDERANO MINIMAMENTE la sezione messaggi sull’app, quindi per contattarli dovete diventare dei piccoli stalker. Non c’era alcuna dotazione minima a disposizione, come olio, docciaschiuma, tovaglioli, qualche prodotto per pulire, e nemmeno la tovaglia, solo delle tovagliette da colazione unte e sporche. Ho dovuto comprare tutte queste cose per poi lasciarle lì. Le sedie sul terrazzo sono sfondate. La doccia ha smesso di funzionare senza motivo per una sera, poi dopo 12 ore è ripartita da sola. Il bar sotto casa ha gente che si prodiga in karaoke fastidiosi fino a tardi. Abbastanza difficile anche trovare parcheggio. La struttura in sè è anche carina, ma per quello che costa mi aspetto più attenzione nei confronti del cliente.
