Beautiful unit, complex, and close to many North Shore attractions; Hanalei Bay, Black Pot Beach.

The unit was exceptional; beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the pool was large and clean. The location was perfect; near lots of North Shore attractions, and close to the Princeville Shopping Center where there was a Foodland, shops, and BJ’s Kitchen, where we had our best meal on Kauai. The trail to Queen’s Bath was literally five minutes away, and Black Pot Beach Park was less than ten minutes away. Black Pot was our favorite beach we visited on the island; during June the surf was not dangerous, and you could get in and enjoy the water. The view of the waterfall laden mountain and Hanalei Bay were both spectacular, and both were practically right out our door!

I cannot think of anything that could be improved about the unit or complex. Everything was well kept, clean, and parking was always available.

The location was great and the house suited our family.

The downstairs tv blasted at midnight and from the master bedroom it was so loud. The master also Had bedbugs which was related to the owners. They responded that they would let the property manager know. The parking lot was pretty muddy and the house wasn’t super clean. I needed to wipe counters when we got there etc…

Great open floor plan where everyone can be together. Enough needs for the whole group.

Propane tank was empty. Oven malfunctioned after using once-repair guy sent right away but couldn’t fix it. Offered to bring an air fryer.

Affreux, passez votre chemin

Princeville est une super destination. Plages et nature au RDV Piscine du condo simple mais propre. Logement grand.

À considérer si vous êtes une bande d’étudiants et que le prix est faible sinon passez votre chemin. À ce prix et pour une famille, faites un autre choix. J’ai payé 3000 dollars pour 4 nuits. Logement très très sale - toutes les fenêtres très sales, rebords de fenêtres, rideaux, canapés et même intérieur du frigidaire pas nickel. Tapis d’extérieur plein de taches de graisse, sol extérieur tout noir. Meubles vieux et cassés (chaise, table), store cassé et même vitre cassée dans un coin. Attention les meubles des photos de booking ont été changés, l’annonce s’est à jour sur Vacasa mais pas sur booking. Sol du salon plein de bosses et de tâches de peinture, carrelage de la cuisine cassé à de multiples endroits. Service Vacasa vraiment catastrophique. Une hotline qui vous écoute gentiment et fait bien son travail. Ils enregistrent des tickets qui ne peuvent être traités que par le manager local qui lui ne vous contacte jamais en direct. Vacasa voulait m’envoyer une femme de ménage pour que je lui explique ce qui ne convenait pas. Ce n’est pas à moi de lui expliquer qu’il faut faire les vitres et laver les caches sommiers et housses de coussins. Je n’ai pas de temps pour cela en vacances. J’ai donc refusé. Par ailleurs il faudrait beaucoup d’heures de ménage et remplacer les meubles cassés. Nous avons quitté le logement pour profiter sereinement des vacances. Nous sentir confortables étant important pour notre famille. Vacasa nous a seulement remboursé les frais de ménage (300/400 dollars) Nous avons trouvé un superbe autre logement et tout s’est très bien passé pour nous ensuite, aucun regret d’être partis.

Mooie omgeving buiten het complex, appartement viel tegen

Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers en AC. BBQ en goed uitgeruste keuken. Grote TV. Snorkel- en strand spullen ter beschikking. Strandlakens, beddengoed en handdoeken. Lag bij mooie resorts, complex met een mooie tuin en groot zwembad.

Het appartement is toe aan renovatie of een update van de inrichting. Gehorig appartement - onderbuurvrouw had haar tv op 10 tot 01:00 uur ‘s nachts). Geen verduistering in 2 slaapkamers waaronder de master bedroom (ook geen gordijnen). Een garderobe hoek met ledinghanger in de kamer die oud en vies is. En als grootste domper hanen die vanaf 04:30 onophoudelijk kraaien. Oogt als een oud, donker appartement met weinig warmte. Vloer keuken kapot, verlichting oud en viezelijk, geldt ook voor de deuren. Stoelenzittingen in de woonkamer en buiten met het weer erin. We hadden ons enorm verheugd om onze reis hier af te sluiten maar viel echt tegen voor het geld. Ook het contact met Vacasa viel tegen, alsof je door een chatbot werd beantwoord, geen persoonlijk contact.
