It would have been great if not for Vacasa.
This is a large, beautiful house with all the comforts. We were a group of 7 adults and two kids and there was plenty of space. It came equipped with tons of beach stuff, bicycles and coolers. We loved the screen porch. Groceries were close by.
The property is managed by Vacasa and they were terrible. The power to the internet, TV and portable AC unit was off when we arrived. It took 5(!) calls to Vacasa before we got any help from the local service company - Vacasa won't give you their number, I tried. I spent most of the first day of my 7 day vacation dealing with this. Then, on the third morning the fire alarm went off. Calls to Vacasa eventually resulted in somebody coming by, leaving to get a bigger ladder and never returning. Luckily the alarm went off on its own. Oh yes then the drier stopped working. I will never knowingly rent from them again.

Size, layout. Location. Staff extremly responsive. Some excursions were in great proximity to the house. Wondeelrful.
House needs AC or better climate control. Lights are extremely difficult to operate. Major damage to the tile floor, shattered tile, broken pieces, my family could have been cut in the shards. Motion light in the back yard comes on all hours of the night shines in the room and wakes the guest up. The house pricing is overpriced. Clothes from previous guests left in the lanai. No late check out accommodations. No hurricane shelter. Basement locked
