This property is in an excellent location. Really close to all of the places we wanted to explore in Kyoto, including great restaurants and shopping. It was just on the edge of the areas that get busy at night and so was still very quiet. The lay out of the property meant that any street noise wasn’t heard in the bedrooms. The house was very clean and beautifully styled. We were so comfortable here and wish we could have stayed for longer!
Nothing really. The stairs to each level are a bit steep if mobility is an issue.

Incredible location, right in the centre of things but it’s beautifully quiet also. Next to the small canal that runs along, a lot of space and great amenities. Loved the roof terrace for breakfast and watching the moonrise :) very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom, aircon works great and is very quick. Just a very memorable stay all in all!
