Welcome to Monte Cassino, a charming Provençal house nestled in the heart of the Tanneron Massif, famous for its golden mimosa-covered hills.
Located in a peaceful village at the border between Var and Alpes-Maritimes, the house offers the perfect balance between nature and modern comfort.

Panoramic view over the hills and the Grasse valley – a landscape that changes with the seasons. From December to March, blooming mimosas light up the countryside.
Peace and privacy – its elevated position ensures calm and discretion, while remaining close to shops and main roads.
Terraced garden – landscaped with both sunny and shaded areas, ideal for relaxing in the summer or enjoying the greenery year-round.
Warm and functional interior – renovated with care, combining Provençal charm and modern equipment for a comfortable stay.
Pets welcome – we gladly host all animals, regardless of size.

Loved the villa, pool and location. Villa beautifully decorated and all amenities home from home. Would definitely go back again.

The Villa had all the high end amenities and was extremely clean great for families. Amazing views and short distance to supermarket and Cannes. The swimming pool is bigger than the pictures. Ample amount of outdoor space to relax and very peaceful. The owners really care about the property and guests.
Advice
There is a steep climb route to the villa which is avoidable by following the owners instructions and for further clarification do your own google street view routing prior to going.

Very clean and well appointed. Lots of nice touches like spare toiletries and larder stocked with basics. Hosts were very helpful. Beautiful house with homely feel. Excellent location for visiting nearby places.

- beautiful view of mountain.
- nice pool, but pool area and pool needs attention and cleaning.
- house could also be cleaner.
- has iron, dish washer, washing machine and dryer, fridge, hair dryer, fire place and air conditioning.
- long winding road to reach the property, so be careful if you suffer from car sickness. Always count with 10 minutes to get down or up the mountain on a very curvy road.
