We have just come back from a wonderful time here. The house is immaculate and has absolutely everything you could possible want for a luxury break away. Communication and location was perfect. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our short break. The property is well located between Dittisham and Dartmouth and has everything you need. Very well maintained and helpful owners. Would highly recommend.

The property has been converted to high standard. It is extremely well equipped, clean and in a lovely position. The owners were very helpful and rectified a query without delay.
For us, however, we did find the lack of privacy a concern, especially the lack of curtains on the large living room window. The property is overlooked on all sides and whilst the large windows are very well designed to maximise a feeling of light and space, the proximity of the B & B next door means that guests from there look directly from their balcony into the living room.
Being 5ft 11, my husband did find the low ceilings an issue, especially in the bathroom - it may be helpful to future guests to mention this?
