Location here is hard to beat. In Sultanhamet you're less than 5 minutes from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Gulhane Park and all public transportation options to the rest of the city. It's very hard to find a better location if this is your first time visiting and you're only here for a few days.
The hotel is definitely showing its age. It's not untidy but it could do with a refurbishment. AC didn't work in one room.

Good location. Friendly staff. Low price.
Mold in the shower. Worn out air conditioner. Holes in the bed linen. The room needs repair (scratches and holes in the walls). Lots of excrement right outside the window.
